Vietnam accepts vaccine passports from 72 countries, Portugal included

Vietnam is temporarily accepting the vaccination certificates, otherwise known as “vaccine passports”, from 72 countries and territories worldwide recommended to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via representatives.
